Free Abortion Clinics

Abortion clinics offer termination of pregnancy when situations arise that lead us to believe there is only one answer to an unexpected or unwanted pregnancy. That simply isn't true. Christ offers life abundantly, "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10). There are alternatives to abortion. Seek Christian counseling and find out the hope that Christ offers to those who come to him. Before visiting free abortion clinics seek out alternatives. An unborn child deserves the right to live. Consider giving the child to two loving people who cannot have children of their own.

Experiencing the love of Christ and his forgiveness will certainly bring light into a very dark situation. One alternative to free abortion clinics is participation in an open adoption or a semi-open adoption. An open adoption allows constant contact between birthparents and adoption parents. Visitation is set up for the birthparents to visit the child at regular intervals. Semi-open adoptions are a little more restrictive with visits and contact between the child and the birthparents. Cards and letters can be exchanged through an agency usually up to 4 times per year but some information concerning addresses and last names are withheld. Another form of adoption includes a closed-adoption. Many times the birthparents will request a closed-adoption. With this type of adoption usually there is no contact between the birthparents and the child. Options regarding adoptions today are left open for the birthparents and the adoptive parents. There are alternatives and choices other than abortion clinics. There is information available on the Internet for one who wishes to seek adoption.

Many mothers-to-be do not realize the support that is available to them when they are in a hopeless situation. It may seem like the only answer is to find family planning clinics. Being pregnant and alone is a very scary situation. Jobless and sometimes homeless, women turn to the only help they know to, free abortion clinics. Doing a search online for alternatives to abortion clinics will bring up many options that give hope and help where needed. Many non-profit organizations online offer assistance to women who find themselves in need of help. This controversial procedure should not be considered an alternative. There are crisis pregnancy centers, parenting support groups, spiritual counselors, and adoption agencies, among others. Organizations that are available might include family planning clinics; health department or social services; mental health centers or family service agencies.

Realizing the magnitude of what is done to an unborn child in the aborted process is very disturbing. Abortion clinics should inform their potential patients of the procedure and what actually happens to the child when terminated. They should also give the woman other impertinent information concerning their own health and the side-affects of the procedure. The professionals at abortion clinics should better counsel patients more extensively about the affects these procedures have on the fetus. "For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them" (Psalm 139:13-16). This scripture reveals that God loves us and knows us even before we are born.

Some organizations provide support through housing, counseling, medical assistance, financial assistance, and educational programs.
